Description

Darkthrone is an influential Norwegian Black Metal band. They formed in 1986 as a Death Metal group in Kolbotn, Norway. After hanging out with Euronymous from Mayhem they embraced the Black Metal style in 1991, they became a driving force in the Norwegian Black Metal scene. For most of this period Darkthrone has consisted of just two musicians; Fenriz and Nocturno Culto. They claim to be influenced by punk and have sought to remain outside the music mainstream. Panzerfaust is their fifth album. It was released in 1995 and was their first album with record label Moonfog Productions. It is also their second and final album to feature some lyrics by the infamous Black Metal musician Varg Vikernes.

The record is beautiful with its stark gatefold sleeve. Vinyl is in excellent condition. Cover has minor wear in the form of some very light cracking around edges. It still looks great though.
