Description

Beautiful original 1959 first pressing copy of Brubeck's classic Time Out LP on Columbia mono CL-1397. Original 6-Eye labels with original Columbia inner sleeve. The disc has a few sleeve scuffs and wisps but it plays just beautifully. Only tiny bits of light crackle in a couple of particularly quiet spots, but never bad. Really it plays just beautifully and so clearly on this nice first pressing. The cover is quite nice on the front but the back has some water staining. See photos. The front has some light staining too but it is much less noticeable. Mostly just in the white space at the top. Aside from that it is quite beautiful with no seam splits or even corner bumps. Not totally perfect but a really lovely original copy that sounds wonderful.
