Description
this original “six eye” label pressing of the album with the single most instantly recognizable Jazz tune in history: Dave Brubeck's "Take Five". This is the album that did more to popularize Improvisational Jazz music overseas which added compound beats never used by Miles, Monk, Coltrane and Rollins albums until this time. The historical importance of this album cannot possibly be overestimated.
This is a genuine piece of Jazz history, and the album of singular importance in modern American music.
