On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Dave Clark Five called '5 By 5' and is a UK 1968 MONO 1st pressing on the 1st Press Blue/Black Columbia label!!!! THIS LP IS EXTREMELY RARE AND VERY HARD TO FIND!!!! THIS IS ONE OF THE RAREST DAVE CLARK FIVE LPS AND RARELY EVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!! BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL IS ITS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CONDITION!!!! THE RECORD HAS AMAZINGLY ONLY EVER BEEN PLAYED TWICE AND BOTH THE COVER AND RECORD ARE IN AWESOME CONDITION!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS THE EARLIEST EVER 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP WITH 1/1 MATRIXES AND 1/G 1/G MOTHER & STAMPER CODES - SHOWING THIS LP WAS QUITE LITERALLY THE FIRST OFF THE PRESS AND IS THE EARLIEST 1ST PRESSING YOU CAN POSSIBLY GET!!!! THIS IS THE 1968 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS BLUE/BLACK COLUMBIA LABEL, 'SOLD IN THE UK' TEXT, 1ST PRESS 'PATENTS APPLIED FOR' ADVERTISING INNER SLEEVE AND 1ST PRESS FLIPBACK 'TEXTURED' GARROD & LOFTHOUSE 'PATENTS PENDING' COVER!!!! THIS LP IS EXTREMELY RARE, AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN THIS AMAZING CONDITION - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL UK 1st pressing from 1968 and is in AWESOME condition!!!! The Cat. No is SX 6309 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Blue/Black Columbia label (see picture) and is a 1968 MONO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Dave Clark Five at their best!!!! Any fan of Dave Clark Five, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in AWESOME condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and AMAZINGLY only 2 MEGA light spindle marks!!!! IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HAS ONLY EVER BEEN PLAYED TWICE!!!! The vinyl is in AWESOME condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, and only a VERY few of the VERY lightest paper scuffs only visible under EXTREME light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ALL OF ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND LOOKS AWESOME!!!! It is great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!! It plays with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and NO crackle!!!! The sound quality is simply AWESOME with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!! The record must grade MINT(Minus)!!!! AWESOME RECORD!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve!!!! The 1st Press Garrod & Lofthouse 'Patents Pending' Flipback 'Textured' Cover is in AWESOME condition!!!! The first thing to stress is that this cover has ABSOLUTELY NO RUBBING AT ALL - and this is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to find on this cover!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear, NO rubbing, NO ringwear, barely ANY creases AT ALL (Cover is VERY flat looking indeed), and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in AWESOME condition with NO writing, NO grubbyness, NO rubbing AT ALL, NO ringwear and NO yellowing!!!! The cover must grade Excellent++++ if not better!!!! AWESOME COVER!!!! THIS LP IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN THIS AMAZING CONDITION AND IS ONE OF THE RAREST DAVE CLARK FIVE LPS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
