Before These Crowded Streets (1998) is the third album by Dave Matthews Band, blending elements of rock, jazz, and world music. It features deep lyrical themes and complex musical compositions, including hits like "Don't Drink the Water," "Crush," and "Stay (Wasting Time)."
The album explores personal and social issues, with a more experimental and darker tone than their previous releases. It remains one of the band's most critically acclaimed albums and features a host of stars from other genre, like Bela Fleck, Alanis Morrisette and The Kronos Quartet among others!

AS OF THIS WRITING, there were NO copies of the original release of this album on ebay, just the anniversary copies on colored vinyl, which everyone knows (or should know!) has fidelity issues compared to virgin black vinyl, as this one is. It is the original release and has been kept on my record shelves for decades in a temperature controlled, smoke free environment.
