No splits or tears some wear.
See photos. Some what looks to be tape residue lines on left front cover. Some corner wear. Cut bottom left. See photos. Back cover ans spine are nice.

Lp is clean and shiny with just a couple light markings visible under bright light. No spindle wear. Lp looks hardly played. Strong vg++ excellent condition
