THIS IS THE ULTRA-RARE DAVEY GRAHAM “ALL THAT MOODY” LP WHICH WAS ISSUED IN 1975. IT IS A LIMITED EDITION PRIVATE PRESSING IN STEREO.
MOST OF DAVEY GRAHAM’S ALBUMS ARE HARD TO FIND IN ANY CONDITION – THIS IS THE RAREST OF THE LOT BY VERY VERY FAR!! THE LP WAS HARD TO GET HOLD OF WHEN IT WAS ISSUED DUE TO VERY LIMITED DISTRIBUTION – I HAD TO GO TO LONDON TO BUY A COPY. AND WHEN THEY SOLD OUT, THAT WAS IT – NO SECOND PRESSING.
NOT ONLY IS THIS LP RIDICULOUSLY RARE, BUT THE VINYL IS IN MINT/NEAR MINT CONDITION AND THE COVER IS IN MINT/NEAR MINT CONDITION! I DOUBT YOU WILL HAVE ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY TO GET THIS ALBUM IN ANYTHING APPROACHING THIS CONDITION AGAIN!
DONT MISS THIS POSSIBLY UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY!

The album was beautifully recorded at Trident Studios and reveals Davey in top form playing superbly with minimal accompaniment. The music on this album was a revelation to me – all masterful stuff reminiscent of his live performances with no over-production and no album-fillers. The album is viewed by most collectors as one of his very finest. I would rate it as by far his best solo album since “Folk, Blues and Beyond”.
The record labels are in AMAZING condition (see picture) with NO wear, NO writing, and NO spindle marks! I HAVE PLAYED THIS RECORD ABOUT 20 TIMES SINCE I BOUGHT IT NEW, AND THEN ONLY ON TOP QUALITY HI-FI EQUIPMENT. The vinyl is in SUPERB condition with NO scratches and NO scuff marks. The record is a private pressing so one would not expect the pressing to necessarily be up to commercial production standards. So there are some visible signs of VERY MINOR greying on the grooves in places (BUT THERE IS NO AUDIBLE DETERIORATION IN SOUND QUALITY) and a few light clicks at the beginning of “A Smooth One” despite there being no scratches or scuff marks on the record. Overall though the record sounds BRILLIANT! It plays with CRYSTAL CLEAR UNDISTORTED SOUND, NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and NO crackle! The record must grade MINT- and plays SUPERBLY with ZERO DISTORTION! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way! Brilliant!!
The cover is in FANTASTIC condition! It has NO edge wear, NO wear to spine, NO rubbing to the front cover or back cover, there are ABSOLUTELY NO creases anywhere, No corner wear, NO ringwear, NO writing, NO yellowing and NO grubbiness! The opening edges are ABSOLUTELY straight with NO edge wear! The cover must grade MINT- if not better! Amazing for its age!
THIS IS A MASSIVELY RARE UK PRIVATE PRESSING AND IMPOSSIBLY HARD TO FIND IN ANYTHING APPROACHING THIS CONDITION! DON'T MISS OUT!!
For packaging I use strong record boxes with extra stiffeners to stop damage and bends to the cover. All LPs are sent out with the record packed separately from the original cover to stop splits and damage to the cover.
