Description
This is the original UK LP by DAVID BOWIE, THE RISE AND FALL OF ZIGGY STARDUST AND THE SPIDERS FROM MARS, 1972 Stereo 1st Press on the orange RCA label SF8287 (LSP 4702).
Matrix numbers are:- Side 1:- BGBS 0864-1E, Side 2:- BGBS 0865-2E
Additionally in the dead wax / run off area is etched on Side 1 is 'B2AF', Side 2:- 'A2AA'
The original 1972 UK 1st issue Robert Stace GEM credited cover is in EX+ condition. The cover is nice and clean, maintaining all it's original vibrant colour. The spine is solid and perfectly readable. No seam splits, top left hand corner on the front is a small name written lightly, not visually intrusive at all, barely noticeable.
The vinyl is visually in EX+ condition - the vinyl gleams with all its original shine and lustre
The vinyl plays superbly MINT- !, playing with powerful crisp clean sound. SUPERB SHARP STEREO SOUND, DISPLAYING SUMPTOUS WARMTH AND DEPTH!, JAW DROPPING QUALITY!!!
The label's are in MINT- condition, lovely and clean, no unwanted writing, spindle hole shows little or no wear.
The vinyl is housed in its original 1972 UK 1st issue lyric / inner sleeve and in EX+++ condition, again GEM credited. No seam splits and no unwanted writing, lovely and clean and crisp.
