WELCOME TO MY AUCTION, TIME TO LIST SOME MORE EXCELLENT RECORDS SO KEEP A LOOK OUT FOR MY OTHER LISTINGS.

I HAVE BEEN A VINYL COLLECTOR SINCE 1970 AND HAVE ABOUT 3,000 ALBUMS, ALL ARE WELL LOOKED AFTER AND LOVINGLY PLAYED.
HOWEVER I'M NOW RUNNING OUT OF ROOM IN THE HOUSE SO TIME TO LIST SOME OF MY DUPLICATE COPIES OR ONES I RARELY PLAY. THEY HAVE ALL BEEN STORED IN RECORD BOXES SINCE PURCHASE, SOME IN POLYTHENE OUTER SLEEVES AND AWAY FROM HEAT AND SUNLIGHT.

DAVID BOWIE, ALADDIN SANE, 1973 UK VINYL LP ORIGINAL RCA ORANGE LABELS WITH FIRST PRESS 3T 3T MATRIX, IN MAINLY EXCELLENT AUDIO CONDITION DUE TO A FEW MARKS. WITH EXCELLENT PLUS NON GATEFOLD SLEEVE AND EXCELLENT PLUS INNER SLEEVE! PLAYED A FEW TIMES THEN STORED. ONLY SELLING AS I HAVE OTHER FIRST PRESS MINT COPIES.

VINYL : Played just a few times then taped and stored till now, with a lovely sheen. Unfortunately there are 4 small marks which do give some clicks on side 1 and a few at the start of Time on side 2. There are some tiny sleeve removals under a bright light but these don't sound at all. VISUALLY VERY GOOD CONDITION.
SIDE 1 : Some feelable marks as mentioned which give some light clicks at the start of Drive In Saturday and during Watch That Man. Ohterwise plays through superbly with very little crackle, just in the quiet parts or between tracks. No jumps or skips. Superbly clear first press loud cut sound,  AUDIO STILL EXCELLENT CONDITION.
SIDE 2 : One small mark at the start of Time with 5 clicks on my system as mentioned. Otherwise plays through lovely, again with hardly any crackle at all. No jumps or skips. Again with a clear first press loud cut sound. AUDIO STILL EXCELLENT CONDITION.

OVERALL EXCELLENT AUDIO DESPITE THE CLICKS ON THE MENTIONED MARKS.

GLOSSY RCA ORANGE LABELS : I can't see any spindle marks at all so carefully played just a couple of times from memory. NEAR MINT CONDITION. Please note the last pictures of the labels were taken without flash to try and eliminate any glare - the shadow is not a mark on the labels.

NON GATEFOLD SLEEVE : Printed in England by Shorewood Packaging Co Ltd. Don't know why this is a non gatefold sleeve, all the other first press vinyls I have came in a gatefold sleeve.
No edge or corner wear. A tiny bit of ringwear/record impression near the front top edge. The spine is totally crisp and legible with no wear. No tears or knifing splits to the edges caused by the record's edge. No writing, just some light staining/grubbiness on the mainly white sleeve. Rear of sleeve has a very tiny rub near the top edge, hardly noticeable. The opening edge is totally crisp with no feathering. Just one light crease across the top left corner where the cover was picked up. Overall EXCELLENT PLUS CONDITION.

ORIGINAL LYRIC INNER SLEEVE : Lovely condition with no splits or rips. Just mild creasing, no stains at all. EXCELLENT PLUS CONDITION.

I have also included an anti-static polylined inner sleeve to protect the record after having cleaned the vinyl.

SUMMARY : AN EXCELLENT AUDIO condition copy of this classic Bowie album with an EXCELLENT PLUS SLEEVE AND LYRIC INNER SLEEVE.
