Description
I am offering a very nice copy of David Bowie "Aladdin Sane" on the special EMI Millennium audiophile reissue series. The catalog number is 7243 4 99463 1 6. This series began in 1997 as a celebration of 100 EMI has been in existence. At least 25 or more major albums have been released in this series which includes Roxy Music, Jethro Tull, Sex Pistols, Jeff Beck, Syd Barrett, and many more. All these releases are high quality 180 gram pressings. I own many of these and they generally are the best pressings of these albums ever. These records feature original packaging, 180 gram virgin vinyl, heavy sleeves, and analog mastering from analogue tapes.
The record has been play-checked on a Rega Planar 3 with a Goldring 1042 cartridge. and plays near mint. The cover is very clean and has been protected by the heavy vinyl cover which has the original hype sticker on it. The custom inner sleeve is included.
