Description
Ongoing occasional sale of selected items from my personal collection of vinyl and CDs, the vast majority of which have been owned by me from new and have been safely stored in a smoke-free home. I try to describe each item as accurately as possible (vinyl will normally be play-tested) and therefore don't routinely accept returns - but I'm happy to offer a no quibble refund in the unlikely event that significant defects are found which were not called out in the listing.

This item....
- I believe the glossy labels and matrix numbers confirm this is a 1st UK pressing of Bowie's classic 1973 album
- No fanclub insert or original polyliner but complete with original printed card inner
- (I've added a polyliner to the inner to prevent the formation of hairlines)
- Label / full catalogue number - RCA Victor RS 1001 (LSP 4852)
- Side 1 matrix - CPRY 4543-3T (Stamped) and A2AAY (etched)(unsure about last character: could be KorX?)
- Side 2 matrix - CPRY 4544-3T (Stamped) and A6AU (etched)(and a scratched out character between A&6)

- There are a couple of superficial marks on the vinyl but it sounds superb throughout - I didn't detect any pops, clicks or crackle and it's lovely and quiet between tracks and during run ins/outs. I reckon it's as close to mint as you'll get and is therefore confidently graded NM
- The outer sleeve is also close to mint, having just a little bit of age discolouration on the white areas (which I think would've been a brighter white when new)
- The printed inner is in excellent condition, having just a faint thumb crease on the opening edge and a little wear on the bottom edges where small sections of the blue colouring are worn away
- Both labels are nice and clean with no writing or other marks - the only flaw of note is a small printing glitch on the side 2 label where there's a white spot on the 'E' in BOWIE
- Records will be dispatched in a high quality custom mailer with additional cardboard within the package
- Unless the item is new and still sealed I'll remove the record from both the outer sleeve and any printed inner in order to prevent seam splits in transit
- UK - eBay have prescribed 'Simple Delivery' for this item which means that it's no longer within my control to discount postage costs for multiple purchases. But if you buy more than one item then eBay should combine the purchases into a single order and discount postage costs accordingly.
