Before we get to the auction, I wanted to clear this up . . . WHY HAVE I GOT A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK?
Prior to this, I had a 9-year, unblemished ebay record, including 299 positive feedbacks as a seller. Please have a look at the positive comments left by other buyers to get a true representation of what I'm like as a seller. Thank you.
This negative feedback was left by an Italian buyer who has left numerous negatives for other sellers, and was part of what I assume to be a scam. During the auction, he sent me several questions about various aspects of an LP I was selling. One question was about a 'lyric inner sleeve' and I replied that the inner sleeve was plain. This ebayer went-on to win the auction. When he received the item he sent me several aggressive messages complaining that there was no lyric inner sleeve, even though I had told him there wasn't one. He was unpleasant and rude from the start and quickly threatened me with a Paypal claim and negative feedback if I didn't 'come to an agreement' with him. Rather than get drawn into an argument, I said that, if he was not happy with the item, he should return it for a full refund. This was clearly not what he wanted, so he sent me another rude message warning me not to 'get smart' with him and left me negative feedback.
I asked Ebay to review the matter. Their response to me said 'You have done your part to provide a good experience to your buyer and have described your item accurately'. They even apologised to me! Ebay removed the feedback comments, although my feedback statistics still show a negative. I feel that this is a bit unfair, but that is ebay's system.
For the avoidance of any doubt - I try to describe all my items accurately and honestly, but if you are not happy with any item, please just return it to me and I will refund you in full.

This is a 2016 release, made in Germany and bought in the UK. The shrink wrap has been opened and the record has been played just once. It is complete with its original inserts, including the download voucher which is unused. The auction includes an unused button/pin/badge for Blackstar.
Please note that the record will be removed from the cover for posting to prevent the possibility of split seams.
P&P in the UK is £3.50
P&P to Europe (signed-for) is £12.
P&P to rest of the world (signed-for) is £15.
