Description

Up for auction is a copy of Hunky Dory by David Bowie, released in 1971 on RCA, cat no SF 8244. This copy is an early pressing with laminated cover and 3T/3T matrix numbers. “BOBIL” & “RASPUTIN” are etched into the dead wax.

Condition: some wear & marking to both sides, though everything plays through without jumps or sticks. There is an odd bit of heat damage in the run-out area, but this doesn’t affect play. Cover has a few thumb creases and a few folds around the edges, but no serious damage. Insert has some minor general wear. VG- for the vinyl, VG for cover & insert.

My grades: I use a 10-point scale: M-; EX; VG+; VG; VG-; G+; G; G-; F (fair); P (poor). I never use mint as a grade for used records. I am a long-time (25+ years!) record collector, and play-grade where possible. I don’t use stock photos: the item pictured here is the item for sale. My feedback from buyers indicates I normally undergrade in listings. Even so, if you have any problems, I'll give you your money back (less shipping costs), no questions asked. Buy with confidence!
