Description
For sale is a Japanese import vinyl release of Original Soundtrack to David Bowie's The Labyrinth (EMI, EYS-91170).
In this 1986 Jim Henson film David Bowie and Trevor Jones team up to create one of the most memorable soundtracks of the 1980s!
Henson's puppets join the fun, singing along side Bowie in favorites such as Magic Dance, Chilly Down, As The World Falls Down, and Underground among others. The original scores from the film, by Trevor Jones, are also included!
This Japanese Import from EMI is a rare find, especially with the paper slip, called an OBI, included with the album. While the condition of the record has some surface wear which doesn't affect the play very much, the jacket is in amazing condition for being nearly 30 years old!
Disc plays VG+ with occasional faint pops and light hiss mostly during quiet parts. Having noticeable play wear including mostly superficial but plenty of play marks the vinyl plays better than it looks!
Jacket and insert are EX aside from some light creasing near the spine and minor edge dings.
OBI is VG+ with dog ear bends on back and a small red spot near the bottom.
