here's a true DAVID BOWIE rarity:

a first pressing of the rare lp "The man who sold the world" by DAVID BOWIE as released on Mercury6338 041 in 1971 in Germany.

As you can see in the scans this is the VERY rare round cover issue of this fine album. The cover folds out into the images of the first two scans.

The matrix numbers are: 10 AA 6338041 1Y 320 and 10 AA 6338041 2Y 320. These matrix numbers are machine stamped!

The original innersleeve with lyrics is also included.

The sticker in the lower left hand of the cover was put there by the RECORD COMPANY! In the upper circle it says "Dimension Of Miracles" (without the ") and at the bottom of the sticker is the logo of the record company Mercury. Inbetween is an image of what looks like a dancing clown.

This is a GUARANTEED 100% original first pressing!!

Grading:

the record: vg++ condition (very light marks/ nothing serious)
the cover: excellent condition

All my lp's have been cleaned on a professional VPI record cleaning machine for more and better listening pleasure!
In an attempt to show the best possible pictures of lp's I am putting up for auction I use a large format scanner. This enables me to provide potential buyers with a GREAT view of the item. Unfortunately the scanner can not contain all of the surface of the lp; a small part of about 1,25 cm/0.5 inch is missing! Payment

Postage for 1 album inside Europe will be EURO 8 and for 2 albums it'll be EURO 10; outside of Europe for 1 album it'll be EURO 11 and for 2 albums EURO 15. Please contact me in case you need registered mail or insurance.
