Records are "visually" graded (not play graded) via a variation of the Goldmine Standard Method:
MINT: (M) NEW, SEALED, UNPLAYED
MINT MINUS: (M-) NO VISIBLE DEFECTS, NO OR VERY LOW SURFACE NOISE
VERY GOOD PLUS: (VG+) SLIGHT SIGNS OF WEAR, LIGHT SCUFFS AND SCRATCHES. LIGHT RING WEAR SMALL SEAM SPLITS
AND CUT-OUT MARKINGS. MANY OF MY RECORDS COULD BE GRADED AS M-BUT ARE CONSERVATELY GRADED AS VG+
