This auction is for the David Bowie - "Man of Words Man of Music" LP vinyl record on Mercury Records. The Mercury stock number is SR-61246 which is a 1969 pressing from the United States. This is RARE pressing of Bowie's second album that would be a great addition to anyone's Bowie collection.

The vinyl looks fantastic. It is nice and shiny with little or no signs of wear. The labels are pristine. The cover has wear around the edges especially the corners. There are no seam splits. Simply a lovely copy of this record.

( S )  SEALED = VINYL - assumed mint, never opened.


( M )  MINT = VINYL - absolutely perfect in every way, never played.


( NM )  NEAR MINT


= VINYL - is nearly perfect with no obvious signs of wear. COVER - Should have no creases, folds, seam splits or cut-off holes.


( VG+ )  VERY GOOD PLUS


= VINYL - may have scuff marks, very light scratches and signs of some wear but will still play almost perfectly with only barely detectable crackles or pops. A slight noise at the beginning is allowable. COVER - may only have the slightest signs of normal wear.


( VG )  VERY GOOD


= VINYL - has light scratches, may crackle, pop or make other annoying noises, but only occasionally, and no more loudly than the music. COVER - has normal wear such as ring wear and split seams.


( G )  GOOD


= VINYL - Has scratches, may have continuous crackles, pops and significant surface noise. COVER - has more than normal wear and tear.


( P )  POOR


= VINYL - is cracked, badly warped and won't play through without skipping or repeating. COVER - barely keeps the record inside.
