Up for purchase is David Bowie’s ?The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars. This album was released in the U.S. by RCA Victor ?under catalog no. LSP-4702 in June 1972. Produced at Trident Studios, London. This is the original, authentic, first U.S. pressing; this is not a record club album, a reissue or a counterfeit pressing. No Bar Code. Includes the printed inner sleeve with lyrics. Original U.S. pressing indications all present including: orange RCA Victor label; "Titantic Music" publishing credit on inner sleeve; and NO Mainman logo on the back of the outer sleeve; and "Victor" is written under RCA on the back of the sleeve. The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars has been consistently considered one of the greatest albums of all time, with Rolling Stone magazine ranking it the 35th greatest ever. It was ranked the 20th greatest album ever in a 1997 British survey, the 24th greatest of all time by Q magazine and one of the 100 greatest releases ever by Time magazine. A concert film of the same name, directed by D. A. Pennebaker, was recorded in 1973 and released a decade later in 1983. Truly an epic work, by an equally epic artist. The kind of album that transcends relevance in pop culture and becomes nothing short of a legendary musical accomplishment. The album was play graded. The vinyl shows wear, with lots of marks on both sides; however it does not skip or pop. Just static noise here and there and some crackling in between songs and quiet passages. It still retains good shine to it and the labels are clean with no stickers, writing or other damage. I rate it very good in condition. The album cover has age-spotting and has splits on all sides but is still holding together well. The colors are sharp and vivid and there is no writing. I give it a very good- condition. The inner sleeve has some spotting and a split along the bottom but is still in very good condition. Overall this is a good, clean copy that would make an excellent addition to any audophile's collection. See photos for details. All of the records I am selling are from either my own personal collection or my brother's, and they have been in storage since the 1980's. One owner, from a smoke-free environment. All albums are shipped carefully in boxes made specifically for LPs, after first being wrapped in bubble wrap. Payment

Auction payments must be received within two (2) days of winning. Buy It Now payments are due immediately and the item will remain available for others to purchase until it is paid for. Best Offers accepted on Buy it Now item are also due immediately; however, as a courtesy, buyers will be given two days just like with auction items. If circumstances are such that you are unable to pay within this time, please let us know as soon as possible. Shipping

We will gladly ship items internationally. Please note that when an item says "Free Shipping", this means for domestic shipping only; however, we will be happy to reduce the international shipping charge appropriately to reflect the free domestic shipping as offered. If there is no pricing available on the listing for shipping to your country, just ask and we can provide you with a quote. We will combine multiple items for savings on shipping when practically possible. Please note that if you live in a country that does not provide tracking or delivery confirmation through the USPS, the only way I will ship the item is by Express Mail International or FedEx or some service that will confirm delivery.

We do not charge any handling fees and the shipping cost listed is our best estimate of what the actual shipping cost will be. On fragile items, the shipping cost includes insurance. Sometimes it costs more to ship the item than estimated and the additional cost comes out of our profit. On the rare occasion that the shipping cost paid is substantially more than the actual cost, we do refund that difference to the buyer.

Returns accepted within fourteen (14) days of transaction. Return shipping paid by buyer unless seller made an error that caused a misrepresentation of the item, in which case we will consider paying the return shipping.
