Description
This 1st Press of David Bowie's Station to Station is in at least Very Good/ Very Good + condition. The matrix is the genuine 1st press A-1E and B-2E. It also includes the original insert.
Visually the vinyl is in Very Good Condition. There are faint hairlines from previous play, however, when I have play tested the vinyl it sounds better than that grading. There is some light crackle during some of the quieter moments, however, these do not distract from the enjoyment of this classic LP. The labels are excellent and very clean.
The outer sleeve is in Very Good + condition. It has been very well looked after with a light bit of ring wear on the rear and the tiniest of creasing in places, however, the spine is strong, intact and fully readable.
The original insert is in VG+ condition with a few light age spots towards the bottom right hand corner.
I grade all of my records according to The Record Collector Magazines grading system.
I always test play my records on a Pro-Ject Debut Carbon Turntable with Ortofon cartridge stylus unless they are in near mint/ mint condition and appear unplayed but the description will state this. I don't sell records with deep scratches or marks that affect the sound quality and enjoyment.
All of our Vinyl is professionally cleaned using a Pro-Ject VC-S record cleaning machine.
The vinyl is then packaged in a protective anti static sleeve, the whole album placed into a protective outer plastic sleeve and then posted in a robust top of the range custom cardboard record mailer.
