from Just Another Collection site: "Recorded Live at the Los Angeles Forum, April 4th, 1978, except: *official studio versions. A very good audience recording. The sound of the official tracks is better, of course. The cover says "Made in England", but I've also read that it is a German release. However, the nature of the cover (thick cardboard) and the inclusion of the two international versions of "Heroes", which were particularly rare in America, suggest that this is a US release".
