Description
I use the record collector grading system of Bad / Poor / Good (G) / Very Good / Excellent / Mint.
Please see below for grading details.
I also use a + or a - for grades that I consider slightly better or worse.
A VG disc on this site will not be is nasty condition like many sellers.
All records are sent out in plastic covers.

THE JEAN GENIE / ZIGGY STARDUST.
ORIGINAL 1972 RCA UK DEMO 7" SINGLE - RCA 2302.
A very rare promo demo pressing of this classic record.
The Record / VG condition. Graded as visual VG due the 45 having some age spots on the B side. The A side is clean but has a little vinyl haze under halogen bulb, this is not very much! I will give a play grade of VG as the 45 plays with some surface crackle under the music. This is a strong VG and not a poor condition disc. Please see my feedback.
The Labels / EX / VG condition. The A side label is in great condition and grades EX. The B side label is graded as VG due to it having a black pen number added. Please see the pictures above.
The Cover/ VG condition. Original RCA cover with some age wear,
The disc is now housed a a new paper cover. .................................................................................
I USE THE UK GRADING SYSTEM BELOW.
Mint - as new and in perfect condition.
Excellent - A real nice example with light wear only. An EX disc will play great and the cover will be very nice too.
Very Good - The disc will have light surface wear and some light marks. The record will still play very well but may have some surface sound and a little crackle as this is graded as VG. The cover will have some creasing and storage age wear. The disc and cover will have no very serious faults. A VG disc and cover will also not be perfect!
Good / G condition - The disc will have very visible surface wear and light marks with some deeper marks. The cover will show much age wear and will not be the best example! The record will still play but will have surface sound and ticks etc.
Fair - This will be a tatty example of both disc and cover. The record will play with surface sound and noise. The cover will look tatty from age and storage wear.
Bad / Poor -This will be a badly worn example of both record and cover. The disc may jump or play with much surface sound. I would rarely sell an item like this.
