Description

Here’s for sale a mega rare vintage David Bowie album, The Man Who Sold The World, German pressing on Mercury with round and multi-folded cover - fantastic & psychedelic!

This is the one with the hand-scratched matrix numbers - late 70s pressing I believe.

The cover itself has minimal wear on the edges of the thick cover - that includes a heavy cardboard lyrics insert in which you slip the record itself.

The record itself is visually unplayed with only one or two very light hairlines here and there - on the audio side, the start of "The width of a circle" plays with crackles which I’m still trying to figure if it comes from the record itself (NO visible wear...) or the audio itself that was used for this album. I’m just being honest here as I got this copy before without any mention of any noises so... my belief is that it comes from the audio source used for that record! I’m really curious to hear about other copies of this kind that can relate to those crackles, again this copy is near perfect visually speaking!

Unbelievably rare album to get in any conditions! A personal fav’ but this one needs to find a new home!
