Description
David Bowie - The Man Who Sold The World
Japan vinyl LP
Includes obi strip, double-sided bilingual insert and poster. This is the 1973 "Glam Rock" reissue.
The record has been ultrasonic cleaned (HumminGuru), and play tested on my Fluance RT84. An anti-static sleeve has been added to house the vinyl, and a protective outer sleeve is present.
The vinyl is in VG+ condition, has some hazing and some paper scuffs, both sides play with some crackle/slicks at the start, and some throughout, which is noticeable at quieter parts and between songs.
The sleeve is in VG condition with some foxing (which is harder to see on the black color), some rubbing to corners, and a 2" seam split along the top edge (see photos). The paper on the spine has bulged and split, as is common on this title (see photos).
The obi is remarkably in Near Mint condition with minimal foxing on the white of the back; the gold ¥2,200 price correction sticker is present. The insert is in Near Mint condition with minimal creasing and only light foxing, and the poster is in great condition with minimal creasing and some foxing on the outer white reverse side.
This will be shipped in a Bags Unlimited Mighty Music Mailer, a cardboard LP mailer with elongated sides that decrease the likelihood of bumping to corners and edges during shipping. The record in inner sleeve will be removed from the outer sleeve prior to packaging to avoid seam splits during transit.
