Mercury, U.S. 1971. Authentic official copy.
EX/ EX Cover in nice shape, crisp edges with no wear, colors bright, only some tiny dots of wear near center image front ( see photo) and a few small dots of wear on a few letters of logo ( see next photo). Lp looks and plays generally clean with only a few light tiny marks, mostly sleeve lines. Plays very well with only small traces of background surface noise, generally only noticeable in the quietest passages and between tracks, and a bit of crackle after the music in run out going out of side 2. Very nice overall.
Bowie's classic 1971 hard rock epic, driven in large part by the incredible guitar sound of Mick Ronson.
An absolutely authentic original U.S. pressing ( not the knock-off that was around at the time back then, which some still get confused with this). It has true, vivid colors and NO nail hole on cover, three stripes at top corner reach over top edge to back cover; record has machine stamped, not hand-scribed, matrix number in run-out groove. A rare and desirable original in this form.
