Description
This is an original first U.S.pressing of David Bowie's "The Man Who Sold The World" LP. Mercury Records SR-61325. Legit first press, has machine stamped matrix numbers:
Side 1: SR 61325-A-M2 Side 2: SR 61325-B-M1
Also, back cover has a very small gap between the last line of "The Supermen" lyric and the "Oh By Jingo" thought balloon. On the counterfeit issues the gap is much larger.
Condition: The record is VG++, visually graded. Looks like it was played once or twice and put away. The cover is VG+, shows some wear, a bit of foxing on the front. Top seam has split at the opening, about 1 1/4 inches. BB hole in near lower right corner.
