Description
Rare 1972 RCA Records, 1st UK reissue pressing on RCA of Bowie's dark and heavy 2nd album, originally released in 1970 on Philips Records with the famous "dress" cover (in very small quantity, the record was a total flop in 1970). Powerful and dynamic analog sound on this heavyweight 70s UK vinyl (probably still the best version ever in any format, next to the ridiculously rare UK Philips original).
VPI cleaned and play graded, record in solid VG+ condition. There is unfortunately one feelable scratch on Side 1 that causes several audible ticks for the first minute or so of "After All", the rest plays great for its age, very clean.
The black "kick" cover is in somewhat rough shape, somewhere between a G+ to VG, with many creases, some ring wear and general shelf wear, but all is intact and still looks pretty decent. Includes original inner sleeve with lyrics and art, also in G+/VG condition.
Packed and shipped with care. You can combine any records I am selling for a significant shipping discount. Thanks.
