Here I have a copy of
David Bowie
'The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust'
this is one of the rare UK 2nd pressing variants of this iconic album and has the etched matrices BGBS0864 6E A2B & BGBS0865 4E A2AD on 'thick' vinyl .
The 'darker' printed heavier card sleeve has the Robert Stace credit on the reverse, A Gem Production credit without the lower Mainman credit on the reverse. The 'matt labels' have no 'stereo' printed on them & lyric inner sleeve have Titanic / Chrysalis music publishing credits.
on very rare original UK 2nd pressing LP in picture sleeve with inner lyric sleeve & paper labels
released on RCA Victor Records SF 8287 ( LSP 4702 ) BGBS0864/5 in 1972
The condition of the record is very good + ( has a couple of very light hairlines but plays through fine ) .
The outer sleeve has very mild ringwear & creasing on edges .
The inner sleeve has mild creasing .
The labels are clean with no spindle marks.
A lovely example of this original 2nd UK pressing !
