Fully Autographed???
A copy of "the man who sold the world" with 6 signatures on the front. signed as follows:
1) David Bowie
2)" My Best" George Murray.
3)" Best Regards "Earl Slick.
4) Carlos Alomar.
5) Dennis Davis.
6) Warren Peace.
Not sure what relationship the other 5 have to this album, as none of them seemed to have worked on this album.
(WHY WOULD YOU SIGN AN ALBUM YOU DID NOT WORK ON)
The album is a mercury label Stereo SR61325
CONDITION:
I was tempted to write SHOCKING, it’s bad but not as bad as that:
Sleeve: is split or maybe it would be better to describe where it's not split.
Top Split along for about 8-9" and about 1" at corner.
Bottom split along for about 3"
Spine Split for 10"
In fact the front of the cover is almost detached from the back.
Shocking!!!!. (not selling it well am I)
GOOD POINT
The front of the cover is intact the signatures are clear, though two are very slightly faded.
I would assume if your buying this you have a mint condition copy already, so I would also assume that this would be matted and framed.
Forgot the condition of the album:
WOW
(first time I have looked at it)
Visual only the album is in clean shiny condition with no visible scratches.
(VERY SURPRIZED GIVEN THE CONDITION OF THE SLEEVE)
Once again I have no idea who the people are who have signed this and cannot vouch for the signatures as I did not collect them.
THOUGH it does come with a C.O.A
That's it not sure if I helped the sale of this.
No reserve, not a Bowie fan or collector.
So if you are a fan/collector and you know why these people signed this album, grab yourself a bargin
