Description
David Bowie's 1975 vinyl album "Young Americans" on the RCA label. This is a 1975 1st UK press with Cat. No. RS1006 and matrices:
RS1006-B-3E
RS1006-A-1E
The record itself is in VG+ condition with some hairlines from previous play. No scratches or anything feelable. Glossy vinyl and undamaged labels. Played perfectly without skips, jumps or clicks and an excellent sound quality.
Outer sleeve is VG+. There is no major damage - just light creasing and scuffing from use and storage. On the reverse of the sleeve there are some short lines drawn in black pen - the sleeve is black and these are therefore not overly noticeable. Please see photos. Spine is fully readable.
Original white inner included.
I grade all of my records according to The Record Collector Magazines grading system.
I always test play my records on a Pro-Ject Debut Carbon Turntable with Ortofon cartridge stylus unless they are in near mint/ mint condition and appear unplayed but the description will state this. I don't sell records with deep scratches or marks that affect the sound quality and enjoyment.
All of our Vinyl is professionally cleaned using a Pro-Ject VC-S record cleaning machine.
The vinyl is then packaged in a protective anti static sleeve, the whole album placed into a protective outer plastic sleeve and then posted in a robust top of the range custom cardboard record mailer.
