Description

ZIGGY STARDUST

Matrix nos. BGBS0864 - 6E, BGBS0865 - 4E

Cover -Is in vg++/excellent condition with a nice legible intact spine. A little bit of creasing on corners and neglible corner rub/edge wear

 

Vinyl - Is in excellent++ to near mint condition. I cannot see any scratches and to be honest I think it has hardly been played as both labels have no spindle wear that I can see.

 

Inner lyric sheet/sleeve is vg+ and would be excellent but for there being sellotape/sellotape residue on corners and edges

 

Audio quality is outstanding, I have play tested this  on my Sharp rp11 turntable through a Marantz tuner and there are no jumps or skips -  it plays almost like new with just the faintest of static crackle on quiet passages - mainly the silent bit between tracks. I have been listening to this album in all its reincarnations - vinyl, cassette, cd and digital since it first came out in 1972 and it is as good - or better­ - audio wise as any I've ever listened to.
