Priority mail is ok if you think to receive the packet directly from the hands of the mailman (if not, it's treated like a normal letter, left in or over the mailbox, if it doesn't fit); the only difference between priority mail and a registered mail is that the packet can't be traced, so if it goes missing it could be a problem, but it has never happened yet to me.
