Description

In 1972 John and Yoko gave David Peel their blessing, and help for this odd 1972 Apple lp "The Pope Smokes Dope". With tracks like "Everybody's Smoking Marijuana", "F-is not a dirty word" and "The Birth Control Blues" the album was not at all a hit, and sold poorly, making it (later) an Apple collectable.  US Apple SW-3391. This lp is in clean VG+ or so condition, with clean labels. Clean unsplit cover, VG+ or so. VERY CLEAN overall copy! With original unsplit inner sleeve.  A scarce and cool Beatle and Apple item! Plus it's in great condition. Other Beatle items in my listings. I try to be conservative and not overgrade. Thanks for looking!
