So hard to find and currently very in demand, here's an almost perfect UK first issue 1977 copy of this superb Van McCoy produced tune from DAVID RUFFIN with "RODE BY THE PLACE (WHERE WE USED TO STAY)" on the UK Tamla Motown imprint # TMG 1093 and backed with "YOU'RE MY PEACE OF MIND".

This disc plays superbly with great audible quality and is best described as a very strong excellent plus verging more towards mint minus with just the lightest of sleeve rubs and the barest minimum of crackle on the lead in and run out groove. It has the 4-prong centre intact and the labels are spotlessly clean on both sides with virtually no sign of spindle rub and a fabulous disc for the DJ or to grace any collection. Paired with a plain black paper sleeve (see picture scans).
