Description

Artist:  THE DAVIS SISTERS

Title:   “The Famous Davis Sisters”

Label:   SAVOY.  Monaural pressing on medium weight vinyl.  Label is maroon with silver text, without deep groove.  Catalog number is MG-14199. 

Year:  1967.

Personnel:  

The Davis Sisters – Lila, Cynthia, Audrey, Alfreda, Ruth

and their pianist, Rev. Earl Moore.      

Condition: 

DISC:  Vinyl is beautiful VG++ with 100% of original gloss, appears to have been played a very small number of times and handled with care.  There are a few very minor scuffs, not feelable or distacting - no serious marks or issues.  Fidelity is excellent.  Labels are clean.  You will be hard pressed to find a nicer sounding copy. 

JACKET:  Jacket has noticeable signs of wear and handling, but is still quite presentable.   Panels are clean and bright.  Top has approx. 5” split at the right.  Bottom seam and spine have chipping.  No writing, stickers, or other issues.
