Unless expressly stated in the description, the following information applies to this auction:

We accept payment through PayPal, Money Order, or Cashiers Check. Sorry, but we do not accept personal checks or credit cards. For all puchases greater than $500, including shipping/handling costs, and paid for via Money Order or Cashier's Check, a two-week holding period will be applied to ensure payment clears. All PayPal payments, regardless of purchase value, will be processed immediately. All international purchases must be paid via PayPal.

Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay.

At auction's end, the winning bidder may pay immediately using the PayPal Checkout button, or wait to receive an automated email invoice shortly after the auction ends, with totals and payment instructions.

Note: If you do not receive an email invoice within 48 hours of the auction end, please check your bulk email folder, as a spam filter may have prevented it from reaching your primary in-box.

Vermont residents will be charged 7% sales tax during the Checkout process. All in-store Pick Ups (described below) will also be charged the 7% sales tax.

Shipping

Unless expressly stated in the description, the following information applies to this auction:

We will process and ship your order within three (3) business days after confirmation of your payment. Tracking information will be emailed to you when it becomes available.

Items are prepared for shipment in our store, and include new materials and professional packing services. We insure and track every item we ship.

Buyer pays shipping expenses, which are based on zip code,weight, and size. We ship via UPS and USPS for mail-size packages, and DHL Freight for over-size or extra-heavy packages. Use the drop-down box in the Shipping Calculator to see available carriers and pricing options to your zip code. To calculate your shipping charges, enter your zip code in the shipping calculator.

Local Pick-up: Please contact us at service@thevbaystore.com if you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our Williston, Vermont store. All local pick-ups will be charged 7% for combined State of Vermont and Town tax. Payment for entire auction, including any tax, must be received prior to pick-up. Said payments must be made in accordance with payment policies outlined above.

Return Policy

ThevBayStore warranties and represents that the goods are as they are described in the above listing. We will accept return of the goods only if they fail to meet the descriptions above. All items are sold as-is.

Buyer must contact us at service@thevbaystore.com to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item. You have 3 business days after confirmation that a refund will be granted to ship the item back to ThevBayStore, and notify us with shipment date, method of shipment and tracking number. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. The goods will be inspected upon return and a refund will be provided within ten (10) days.
