Here is a SUPER rare copy of Aqualung by Jethro Tull on a Dunhill Compact Classics (DCC) audiophile vinyl LP pressing. The jacket is near mint as new with no detractions. This is an audiophile pressing mastered by Steve Hoffman from the original master tapes (verified by Hoffman and Ian Anderson who had them in his garage) and is the definitive accurate representation of this album from the most accurate source. Between the mastering engineer and the source tape this is the best and most accurate mastering of this title. These pressings were pressed at RTI from the best vinyl compounds of the day. The original DCC sticker is attached to the front of the loose polybag. These pressings were also serialized and this on is one of the first off the press at #006. I bought this as new from a dealer in California and never opened it. I have saved it for future sale and that time has come if the opening bid can be met.

This album turned into a classic and was Tull’s breakthrough work including the title track, Cross-Eyed Mary, Locomotive Breathe, My God and Slipstream.
