DE FACTO - Legend Of The Four-Tailed Scorpion LP on Modern City Records.  Extremely LIMITED Frech import on BLACK/WHITE splattered vinyl!

Cedric, Omar and Jeremy started De Facto in El Paso, TX in the mid-nineties. As Cedric and Omar's other band, At The Drive-In's popularity grew, they relocated to Long Beach, CA in 2000. Ikey joined De Facto at that point. They've only played a few shows in the US but they toured Europe twice in 2000 and 2001. Jeremy died in Los Angeles on May 25th, 2004. Omar, Cedric and Ikey currently play in The Mars Volta.
