DEATH PIGGY, "DEATH RULES THE FAIRWAY". 1985 MPPA-7091. 6 TRACK EP. DAVE BROCKIE ORIGINAL ARTWORK ON FRONT OF WHITE SLEEVE AND BACK, AND SIGNED BY DAVE ON BACK WITH THE YEAR 2005 PRINTED ON THE BACK ALSO. This version was a tour only release.  The story is Dave Brockie found a bunch of these in his garage and hand decorated and signed all of them.  Does not include the original sleeve, only the hand-decorated one(shown above in pictures).
