Debbie Gibson’s 3x-platinum 1987 debut album returns to vinyl in this translucent blue edition; every copy includes a signed photo from the singer-songwriter-actress. Includes the Billboard top 10 hits “Out of the Blue,” “Only in My Dreams,” “Shake Your Love,” and the chart-topping “Foolish Beat.”
Released in the summer of 1987, for the next two years, Atlantic Records awarded their new signing with hit after hit at radio, in as much as her #1 single "Foolish Beat" actually made the 1988 Guinness Book of World Records. Notably for being the youngest artist ever to produce, compose and perform a number one single.
But the story doesn't end there, she was the reigning queen of pop, club, dance radio and MTV with a number of classic songs that propelled this album to upper rungs of the pop album charts and singles charts worldwide.
