DEBORAH KERR HAND-SIGNED “AN AFFAIR TO REMEMBER” SOUNDTRACK ALBUM LP (VG)
1957’s “An Affair to Remember” is one of Hollywood’s fondest remembered romances starring Cary Grant and Deborah Kerr as shipboard lovers who vow to meet later at the Empire State Building but tragedy temporarily parts them. The Columbia Records soundtrack album features all the music from the movie including Vic Damone’s stirring rendition of the title song. Here we have the LP in Very Good (VG) condition signed in black ink by Miss Kerr after a performance of Edward Albee’s drama, “Seascape.” at the (now demolished) Shubert Theatre in Century City, California in the mid-70’s. This very rare item was obtained from a former usher for the theater who said Miss Kerr “...couldn’t have been more gracious when I approached her. She acted like I was doing HER a favor!”
