Description

Some of the scan-pictures show some discoloration, shadows and dust. This is not the actual case, unless stated.

Richard Strauss: 'Also sprach Zarathustra'  (solo violin Willy Boskovsky). Herbert von Karajan conducting The Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra. Fantastic sound and one of the best performances!!!.

Decca UK ed1 Wide Band Grooved label with 'ORIGINAL RECORDING'  at nine o' clock. Made in England. Cat. SXL 2154 ZAL 4449/4450 - 3E/2E. Early Flipback cover with red lettering EX (minor shelfwear on the edges). Record EX++ (some flaws, which is quite common in the pressing of the old Decca' s. This is ofcourse harmless. Track 2 has 4 ultra small marks, which cause 5 very soft tics)
