BEETHOVEN Symphony No. 7 in A major (op.92) Fidelio overture (op.72)
L'Orchestre de la Suisse Romande conducted by ERNEST ANSERMET
This is the "ORIGINAL RECORDING BY" wide band grooved ED1 label. Record comes complete with original Decca FFSS inner sleeve.
I have priced this slightly above the popsike average historical price for this record (£87 - with the highest ever being £243) because it is a really beautiful copy. I hope in this way to avoid disappointing anybody, and also offer what I hope is a very fair price.
GRADING:
Sleeve: NEAR MINT this is really as close to perfect as you can expect from a record of this age I think. There are very light impressions of the shape of the record, but it is really beautifully clean and in stunning condition.
Record: NEAR MINT I think the last owner didn't much like No.7 as it seems virtually unplayed - there is one very small unsounding scuff mark near the end of side 2, but apart from that the record looks and sounds brand new. Very quiet. Lovely lovely example.
This record has been cleaned using an Okki Nokki record cleaning machine and is supplied in a MoFi Original Master Sleeve, as can be seen in the photographs.
This will be sent in a good thick cardboard mailer.
