Record-An absolute beauty I am always reluctant to grade near mint but I think I would be under selling if I did not grade it as so. It is clean sharp and has a deep glossy shine and looks as though it has been barely played if at all, there are no signs of spindle marks or label wear, the labels are clean and sharp. In very very strong light there are some faint paper marks, but generally this has to be graded as EX++/Near Mint
Sleeve-Is an absolute beauty lovely and glossy barely any marks or wear, only very light minimal wear in places, lovely clean and crisp reverse, light crease top right corner, but generally very nice condition EX+
