This is one of the most sought after recordings in the Decca SXL 6000 series and is a first pressing in top condition. The vinyl looks pristine on side 1 and sounds as good as it looks with no tics, pops or problems of any kind. Side 2 has a very wispy surface mark from the inner but this does not sound at all; it plays just as good as the first side. This is one of the best pressings I have heard - in fact it sounds like it was bought from the shop today!. The labels are superb with only a couple of spindle trails evident. The sleeve is also hard to fault with one light thumbnail on the front being the only thing I could find of any note - in fact this could have come straight from the shop today also. The only thing that lets this record down very slightly is the original Decca inner sleeve which has a few creases. No rips and virtualy no discolouration though. To sum up then a very sought after recording in the sort of condition that will be near impossible to better.
