Sleeve: VERY GOOD / EXCELLENT -some marks on back cover - HOWEVER - the cover is for the MONO release LXT 6035.
Record: EXCELLENT / VERY GOOD - there is an extremly light mark on the first two tracks of side one which gives a click each revolution. Otherwise the record appears to look and sound excellent.
