Rare Decca New Zealand stereo ffss LP, SXLM 2029, ZAL-3475-2E/ZAL-3476-1E matrices, possibly made using the original UK stamper plates...? There is a groove in the label, but closer to the spindle than the UK pressings. 'Made in New Zealand for the Decca Record Company Ltd...' on label rim, border on back sleeve, Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto in D major, Op. 35, Campoli with the LSO conducted by Ataulfo Argenta.?
Front-laminated, flipback bordered sleeve has light ringwear, a few light edge creases and a little laminate lift on the opening edge. There is also an old price written in pencil on the back. Minor points on a sleeve with excellent colour and structure. Overall, the sleeve grades EX.
Vinyl has just a few very light hairlines and audio is really excellent. There is a scratch on the dead wax of side 2, obviously no effect on the playing surface, and there is a little minor crackle at the start of each side, and the very occasional light click, but this is really a super copy that grades EX+ overall.
I will combine shipping for multiple purchases, but must insist on charging for a Tracked/Signed For services if final values are high enough to warrant this.
