Description

Rare Decca UK stereo ffss LP, SXL 2012, 2E/2E matrix suffixes, 'Original Recording By...' on label rim, blue border on back sleeve, Grieg, Peer Gynt, LSO conducted by Øivin Fjeldstad.?

Laminated, flip back BBB sleeve has some light edge creases, a little laminate loss and wear at spine edge, a little ringwear and a bit of wear to the opening edge flip back corners on the back. Still minor points on a vintage sleeve whose structure has remained intact, and colour is excellent. Overall, the sleeve grades EX minus.

Vinyl has a few light hairlines, but these seem not to affect what is really clear, strong audio. There is a more obvious line on Side 2, band 2 which causes some light clicks, but this is still a super playing copy of this rare record. Visually, EX minus, playgrade EX.
