Description

Rare Decca UK stereo ffss LP, SXL 2114, 3E/2E matrix suffixes, 'Original Recording By...' on label rim, Tchaikovsky Piano Concerto No.1, Clifford Curzon, piano, with the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Georg Solti.?

Front-laminated, flip back sleeve has some light edge creases, a few tiny scratches on the front and, on the back, some grubby ringwear and a little age browning, plus a light corner crease. Also on the back, there is an old price written in biro on the top flipback, plus some old sticker residue over this flipback (all visible in picture). Overall, the sleeve grades VG.

Vinyl has some light hairlines, and a long skating line. There is light background crackle on this side, plus the occasional click, but this is quite a loud side musically, and side 2 appears to exhibit more background crackle throughout, as the relatively quieter side. the start of each side which quickly dissipates, and the very occasional light click. Visually, the vinyl grades EX-, and audio is VG plus to EX.
