Record is in EX Condition - 4 ticks at the end of Band 1, Side 1 - 3 ticks at the start of Band 2, Side 1 - 7 very light ticks at the start of Band 1, Side 2 - a few consecutive ticks midway through Band 2, Side 2 - otherwise Near Mint playback!
