Description
This is a rare opportunity. December's Children, a D.C. area band (from Fredericksburg, VA) when I was in high school recorded "Signed D.C." by Arthur Lee on the Domestic Sounds label (Domestic Sounds had a recording studio in Falls Church, VA). The "B" side is "So Long Ago".
The vinyl is unblemished, appears unplayed, not a mark of any kind, full gloss. Solid Goldmine Mint Minus. I grade it VG++, since that is the highest grade I give anything short of factory sealed. I guarantee that any reasonable person will feel that it is meets or exceeds Goldmine Mint Minus and if you buy it and disagree I'll pay return shipping.
There is a mark in ink on the side "A" label, similar to the mark (and possibly by the same hand) on the copy that popsike reports as having been sold in 2012 for $375. This is not the same copy, as can be seen by comparing the photos. Plus I've owned my copy for over 25 years.
You might never see another copy of this record. You can hear Arthur Lee's band "Love" play it on youtube. You won't find the December's Children version anywhere that I know of.
Check the pics and my feedback. I don't sell many of my records but not long ago my unplayed copy of "Link Wray Sings and Plays Guitar" was sold for $1500 and feedback was very positive. I will ship the same day you check out by 2 pm Virginia time.
